Task Force for the Promotion of Prudent Use of Antimicrobials in Beef Cattle

Spain is the country with the second highest consumption of veterinary antibiotics according to data from 2015.

This Task Force seeks to develop processes for improving antimicrobial treatment in livestock farms in order to limit the proliferation of antibiotic-resistant bacteria: achieving improvements in management processes and new methods for predicting the evolution of the spread of pathogens.
