Task Force for the design of an innovative strategy for reducing food losses: promoting the development of the bioeconomy

The objective of the Operational Group is to design an innovative strategy to reduce losses in the food industry.

To this end, an in-depth analysis of the current situation will be carried out, in order to work with companies in the most affected subsectors in a later project phase on actions to increase their sustainability and improve their management.
