Operational Group: The orchard as a model of agro-food production with high climate resilience and a generator of biodiversity

The work to be carried out by the Operational Group is:

• Formalization of the partner agreement; SWOT analysis for implementing the model in the Sierra Norte de Madrid.
• Conducting GOP outreach events to recruit new members and holding meetings with other GOPs to share experiences.
• Identification and study of test farms; internal training of GOP members.
• Drafting of the project report, analyzing the viability of an agroecological orchard model as a multifunctional, highly climate-resilient production system that integrates training, environmental awareness, and agrotourism.
