Operational Group: Innovation for the Recovery of Abandoned Lands

The Operational Group aims to characterize plots and identify the problems associated with each, and then conduct agroclimatic and health monitoring of rotating plots over several consecutive seasons, using precision agriculture technologies (agroclimatic stations, multi-parameter sensors, drones).

Based on all the studies conducted on the selected plots, new tillage and crop rotation management protocols are being developed, including new fertilization and irrigation procedures and recommendations for peas, green beans, and beets, respectively.
