Description
This Operational Group aims to promote low-carbon agriculture among primary producers and environmentally committed companies, such as the entities belonging to CRAEGA. More sustainable production systems are designed to minimize environmental impact through the rational use of agriculture, using carbon footprint calculation tools.
Objectives
The main objective is to determine the environmental impact of Galician organic agriculture and its various types of production, from the land preparation and tillage phases to the completion of the production process and a more sustainable transformation that minimizes the environmental impact in this sector.
