Remote-controlled livestock management in the Mougas mountain community

The objective of this Operational Group is to design an exploitation system for the management of pigs under an extensive regime.

A prospective study of this model is carried out in other species such as bovine and equine; the possibilities of reducing or eliminating personnel assigned to handling animals in the different operations where cattle are moved are analyzed with the possibility of obtaining individual responses from the animals; also the possibilities of reducing the closure of all farms to control the escape of animals; a study of pig behavior is carried out based on the daily feeding pattern and finally the effects of animals on biomass regeneration are evaluated.
