Description
The Operational Group has carried out the analysis, study, and implementation of test plots for new techniques.
To achieve this, the team has implemented foliar calcium fertilization developed by the NCF group (EEAD-CSIC), commercial color-enhancing products, defoliation of the tree days before harvest, and the application of new post-harvest technologies.
Objectives
The objective of this Task Force is to optimize the application of various cultural and post-harvest techniques that have been shown to improve fruit quality, such as color and/or texture, including its post-harvest shelf life.
