A tasting with the five senses offers the possibility of discovering much more in a food than the simple pleasure of eating it. Knowing its history, organoleptic characteristics and other details makes eating a pleasant, interesting and captivating experience. So much so that with the project «Welcome home. Bringing local products closer" we have offered participating hotels the possibility of sensory cheese tastings within the hotels' own facilities. Cheese is one of the island's most outstanding products, which combines very well with other foods such as fruits and craft beers, highlighting the richness of the island's gastronomy.

Inviting visitors to the island to participate in this type of actions is undoubtedly a way to immerse them in gastronomy based on local products, make them feel at home with greater knowledge of the island's culture and provide them with an experience that they will not forget for a long time. Gratitude is also returned with the five senses!
