Description
A full weekend featuring top-level technical presentations, an agri-food market, and various tastings and samplings . One of the highlights of the event will be the National Truffle Hunting Competition .
The event, held annually since 2018, is dedicated entirely to the knowledge, dissemination, and marketing of Tuber melanosporum. It is the first technical forum on black truffles organized in the Aragon region, and it showcases advancements in cultivation and production through presentations by researchers and industry professionals.
During the weekend, you can sample dishes made with truffles in bars and restaurants throughout the region .
