The ICVV is organizing a practical workshop on organic olive growing on December 16th.
Description
On December 16, 2025 , the Institute of Vine and Wine Sciences (ICVV) will hold a workshop specializing in organic olive cultivation , a training day aimed at professionals in the sector interested in improving their knowledge of sustainable olive grove management. The activity will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the seminar room of the ICVV administrative building and at the La Grajera experimental farm .
The workshop will be led by technicians from the General Directorate of Agriculture and Livestock and will combine technical presentations with a practical visit to the olive grove and organic olive mill of La Grajera, allowing attendees to learn firsthand about real experiences of sustainable production.
