DATAGIA conference on digitalization and AI to boost the circular economy in the dairy sector
Description
The Milk Technology Station (Palencia) will be the setting, next Wednesday, February 11, 2026 , from 10:00 to 12:00, for a new face-to-face DATAGIA day focused on the optimization of dairy by-products and circular economy through digitalization and Artificial Intelligence .
The session will demonstrate how the use of data and digital tools can contribute to optimizing resources , improving process efficiency , and promoting the valorization of byproducts in the dairy industry, moving towards more sustainable models. Throughout the event, the functionalities of the DATAGIA platform applied to the dairy sector will be presented, along with practical case studies of AI applications in the treatment and utilization of byproducts. The session will conclude with a Q&A period for participants.
