										Description
15-hour course to qualify olive oil sector professionals in the sensory evaluation of virgin olive oils.
The objectives of the course are to understand and know the importance of the pre-selection and classification activities of the oils produced within the quality self-control program in oil mills, to provide technical knowledge on the method of sensory analysis of virgin olive oils and to familiarize students with the main positive and negative attributes that may be present in virgin olive oils.
