This self-paced course is part of the action plan against food waste promoted by the Valencian Community through the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries. The course, structured into 12 learning units, addresses and answers three main questions: What is known about food waste, and what data are available? What is being done, legislated, and studied? And what can we do to prevent and reduce food loss and waste? Each unit includes a video presentation by a team of experts with doctorates in their respective fields.
