IFS v8 Protocol Course: Contents and Certification Process
Description
RECIPIENTS
Food sector professionals, Production-Quality and Purchasing Directors, Specialized Consultants, Technicians assigned to carry out and support audits, interested in Food Safety requirements in the company
GOALS
To make known the requirements of the IFS protocol and its compliance criteria.
CONTENTS
The course will be based on revision 8 of the IFS protocol currently in force. The contents are:
- UD1. Introduction. What is IFS?
- UD2. Certification scheme
- UD3. Assessment requirements. Part I
- UD4. Assessment requirements. Part II
- UD5. Assessment requirements. Part III
- UD6. Legislation on food safety
- UD7. Practical cases
METHODOLOGY
The course will be taught online through the agricultural training platform.
Students will have access to a tutor specialized in the subject, forums on the platform and an email address available to answer questions.
COURSE ELIGIBLE FOR BONUS BY THE STATE FOUNDATION FOR EMPLOYMENT TRAINING
- Complete the contract of assignment that you will find in the attached documentation
- Delivery date of the commission contract: 02/24/2025
- Cost of managing the bonus by COIAA: €30+VAT
TITLE/CERTIFICATE
At the end of the course, students who pass the evaluations will receive a certificate of completion issued by the Andalusian Foundation of Agricultural Engineers.
ASSESSMENT
At the end of each Thematic Unit, the student must complete an assessment that must be sent to the tutor for correction. The student's final score will be determined based on these assessments. In order to receive a final assessment, the student must have completed all the assessments.
