Abstract
Harakai is a company made up of experienced farmers specializing in the production of quality meat certified with the Euskal Okela quality seal. It is managed by a team of professionals who embrace the company's philosophy and are based on a management model that embraces customer focus, environmental and social sustainability, and transparency with all stakeholders.
Objectives
The project will study the technical and economic feasibility of replacing soybeans and palm oil with rapeseed oil and cake obtained by cold pressing in feed for fattening calves.
