The Montearagón CPIFP is located in the city of Huesca. It is a specialized vocational training center that offers Basic Vocational Training (FPB), 3rd-year Vocational Training, Baccalaureate, and 5th-year Baccalaureate B courses in the following vocational areas: Agriculture, Mechanical Manufacturing, Sociocultural Services, and Community Services. A significant portion of the students come from rural areas. For many of them, the opportunities to experience other work and social realities, as well as their motivation for change, are limited. As an educational center, the Montearagón CPIFP works daily to achieve a quality educational offering that allows the largest possible number of students to graduate with the necessary skills to become not only highly competent professionals, but also committed citizens open to a constantly changing global society. To this end, it is considered essential to strengthen the area of mobility and European and international cooperation. Thus, the Montearagón CPIFP launched its European Internationalization and Development Plan in 2009.
For students:
- Short-term mobility for students who complete the entire internship period. Three scholarships are available. Priority will be given to students who demonstrate good academic performance and good behavior. Short-term mobility for students who partially complete the internship period. Two scholarships are available for groups of four people, with a 15-day stay at the host company. These students fit one of the following profiles: students with a failing academic record in secondary education, who demonstrate good performance, behavior, and attitude in basic vocational training, or students from vocational training cycles with marked gender inequality.
For staff:
Teacher training mobility consisting of five-day placements in a company or educational center. Your selection will take into account your language proficiency, participation in European programs, and the relationship between the activity to be carried out and the needs of the center.
Upon completion of this project, the following learning outcomes are expected to be achieved:
- For students. In addition to acquiring the learning outcomes established in current legislation on professional qualifications and their respective curricula, mobility will enhance their interpersonal skills, their ability to navigate daily activities, and their knowledge and use of another language.
- For staff. The project will involve introducing innovative work methodologies that can later be applied in the classroom, implementing communication and coordination strategies with companies and teaching teams, and improving their language skills and strategies.
These results will foster, in the long term, the acquisition of personal and professional maturity among students, helping them enter and remain in the workforce. They will also gain an understanding of different social realities that will encourage them to have an inclusive and open mindset, and they will also acquire linguistic skills in a second language. Teachers, for their part, will improve their professional and linguistic skills. All of this will contribute to improving the quality of teaching and building a shared European identity.

4. Provide teachers with knowledge and access to innovative methodologies.
5. Promote the implementation of these methodologies.
