The development of domestic consumption of organic food is crucial in many ways. Historically, organic products have been destined for the foreign market, but this market fluctuates and not all companies can access it. Furthermore, there is a growing demand among domestic consumers that is still unmet. Promoting this development would ensure the future of organic businesses, especially SMEs and micro-SMEs, strengthening the green business community and rural development.
The training will be delivered through four blended courses. The e-learning platform phase will facilitate the acquisition of knowledge, which, in the in-person phase, will be developed through dynamics that will encourage participation, implementation of what has been learned, and the exchange of experiences.
To promote domestic consumption of organic food in Spain by improving the training of employees in organic companies in innovation, entrepreneurship, and marketing, and by launching eco-markets.
