AGROALNEXT Project: Development of portable and autonomous recording equipment with variable measurement and real-time transmission to climate-controlled chambers in order to obtain trained models for predicting the shelf life of perishable products
- Type Project
- Scope Autonómico
- Autonomous community Murcia, Región de
- Main source of financing NextGenerationEU
- Project website Web del Proyecto
Description
The project develops a real-time environmental monitoring system for perishable products, controlling temperature, humidity and key gases in the cold chain.
Contextual description
Develop a real-time monitoring system for key environmental conditions of the cold chain (temperature, humidity, gas concentration, etc.).
Results
Several prototypes of smart trackers have been designed and tested, capable of monitoring temperature, relative humidity, CO2, luminosity, vibrations, and geolocation in real time. They feature LPWAN wireless communication and long battery life. The graphical interface is developed in the cloud.
