Divided into 4 phases: documentary, experimental, final report writing and dissemination.

- Prospective studies of the sector.
- Reports on cultivation techniques and analysis of future needs.
- Research and innovation.
- Strategic opinion generation for influence.
- Digital platform for observatory consultation.
- Preparation of final report.
- Launch stage.
- Execution stage.
- Closing stage.
Objectives
Analyze, evaluate, and interpret the current situation of the exotic fruit and vegetable sector in Andalusia, in order to promote its diversification by identifying market opportunities and competitiveness.
To this end, the factors necessary for the implementation of new crops of interest will be considered, taking into account the current and future soil and climate conditions of Andalusia.
