Cider tourism - Innovation project for the promotion and marketing of cider through tourism

The SIDRATURISMO Innovation Project aims to provide a realistic and operational solution that will enable the medium-term implementation of the Cider Tourism product in Asturias with sufficient guarantees of quality and market satisfaction, as a way of taking advantage of a strategic opportunity for the regional rural environment and as a future reinforcement of both the cider sector and the tourism sector itself.

The project will focus, from the definition of a model specifically defined for the reality of the cider world, on implementing it and promoting its launch by adapting it to the reality of tourist demand, the current situation of the cider sector and market trends.
