Description
The SIDRATURISMO Innovation Project aims to provide a realistic and operational solution that will allow the medium-term launch of cider tourism in Asturias, with sufficient guarantees of quality and market satisfaction. This will serve as a way to take advantage of a strategic opportunity for the regional rural environment and as a future reinforcement for both the cider and tourism sectors.
The project will focus on defining a model specifically tailored to the cider industry, implementing it and promoting its implementation, adapting it to the current state of the cider industry, and market trends.
Objectives
- Develop actions and activities to promote and disseminate Asturian cider culture as a tourist resource.
- Promote the development of related tourism activities.
- Support the cider and tourism sectors of the Principality of Asturias.
