RSAP Operational Group: Social network for local food

This Operational Group proposes the implementation of a short-circuit distribution and marketing network for local products, based on the sustainability and responsibility of agricultural, livestock, and agri-food products, leveraging innovative technological resources and existing knowledge.

To this end, the attributes and characteristics of the network members are defined, along with the procedure for analyzing and proposing improvements to production processes. A communication plan is designed to raise public awareness of the importance of consuming local products.
