Operational Group Interaction of intra-plot variability of soil and nitrogen fertilization on the quality parameters of barley intended for malt production

This Operational Group was created with the intention of putting precision agriculture at the service of malting barley, determining the interaction between soils with different productive potential within the same plot and nitrogen fertilization at variable doses, in the quality parameters of the barley crop for malt production.

It also carries out a study of the suitability and applications of the malt obtained in the production of beer and in baking.
