The objectives of this Operational Group are:
Through extensive organic pork production, the production of healthier, more nutritious, and more satisfying foods is ensured, thanks to their organoleptic qualities. At the same time, demand for these foods contributes to fostering production systems that help keep the world a friendlier, more beautiful, and more habitable place. A ration is formulated based on the farm's own pastures and forage, supplemented with cereals produced on the farm or locally. Alternatives to conventional veterinary treatments are established based on the use of homeopathic and phytotherapeutic products for both breeding pigs and their piglets. Management measures tailored to this type of production will also be determined, adapting them to the community's specific conditions.
