The objectives of this Operational Group are:
By producing organic pigs on an extensive basis, the production of healthier, more nutritious and satisfying food is ensured due to its organoleptic qualities. At the same time, its demand contributes to promoting productive systems that help to keep this world a friendlier, more beautiful and more habitable place. A ration is formulated based on the farm's own pastures and forages, supplemented with cereals produced on the farm itself or locally. Alternatives to conventional veterinary treatments are established based on the use of homeopathic and phytotherapeutic products, both in the breeders and in their piglets. In addition, management measures adjusted to this type of production will be determined, adapting them to the community's own conditions.
