Description

The Decision-Making project consists of creating a methodology that allows for the implementation and use of business intelligence and artificial intelligence tools and knowledge in the commercial sphere of small businesses.

Objectives
  • Increase sales through digitalization and improved decision-making. Provide tools and information that, using Business Intelligence techniques, generate knowledge for commercial decision-making. Facilitate decision-making by automating knowledge systems extracted from data analysis, enabling the creation of decision-making patterns that facilitate agile and effective responses to similar future situations.
  • Gaining a competitive advantage over the competition. The time it takes from identifying a business opportunity to executing it and achieving the desired result is crucial in an increasingly volatile and competitive market. Knowing what to do is irrelevant if we can't implement it. What truly differentiates us is the time it takes to implement the actions that truly impact the desired results. Having a decision-making tool that streamlines this process is one of the main competitive advantages any company can have in the market today.
  • Identify key points when making decisions.
  • Focus business efforts on key areas for the company. Improving productivity and reducing poor decisions are truly key factors for business success.
  • Training people to interact with data is highly strategic.
  • Implement a disruptive project in the market. Move from traditional data analysis to an innovative business opportunity suggestion system.
