Operational group created to design quality food and/or production through management techniques. Results of analyses on the fatty acid profile, carbon and water footprint analysis and profitability.

  • Tasks I. Field work: Sampling for analysis and collecting surveys. Data processing and fine-tuning. Practical application of knowledge:
  • Tasks II. Calculation of indicators and generation of individual proposals.
