INTEROVIC, PROVACUNO, and MERCAMADRID are organizing a new course that will take place on June 26, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the Mercamadrid Training Center. The course will be offered in a mixed format.
The course "Introduction to Exporting Beef, Sheep, and Goat Meat and Meat Products" is free and aims to offer participants a comprehensive overview of the export process, addressing the legal and regulatory requirements for marketing meat products in international markets. It is designed for those who want to begin exporting or learn how to use the Audited Self-Control System (SAE) and how to use CEXGAN to manage exports. The course also emphasizes the importance of complying with quality standards, health certifications, and biosecurity measures required globally.
This new course will focus on:
- Knowledge of the audited self-control system (SAE), how to maintain it in each establishment and how to work on it, to be verified by an independent control body.
- A review of CEXGAN, the official system for managing foreign trade in animal products subject to veterinary control, will also be conducted.
- Finally, a practical case study will be presented on how to begin exporting from a company that will make its first export to a third country.
