It is a platform for social reflection, a laboratory for experimentation, a space where gastronomy and the food industry mingle with other prominent leaders in our society to contribute to developing a new consciousness through food .

For a few days, Auténtica Premium Food is a space to stimulate the senses, presenting all the innovations in products from a perspective of respect for their origins.
