The project's sponsoring organization, CIFAES-URPF, is a non-profit association dedicated to restoring village life and enhancing rural culture. It promotes the development of projects that foster sustainable activity, researching sustainable ways of working the land, and offering training in all aspects of rural life, while respecting traditional ways of life in rural areas.
The SUSRURLIFE Amayuelas 2014 Project is a volunteer program in which participants experience all these facets of a sustainable lifestyle, collaborating with the promoter during the day. For eight months, Sarah, Murilo, and Luca, with the support of qualified professionals, develop various activities in the areas of organic farming, bioconstruction, waste management and recycling, the recovery of traditional research and knowledge, the improvement of communication tools, and more. All of this is integrated into community engagement activities. They learn, practice, and self-manage all facets of their daily lives.
