The "Rural with Life" exchange is a two-way activity between young people and farmers. First, they will energize rural life in the municipality of Pereiro de Aguiar by encouraging interaction with their neighbors, while also learning firsthand about the projects being implemented.
At the same time, the diversity of profiles participating in the exchange will nourish their experience and outlook on life. The profiles of the participants will be diverse. The 26 participants should have an interest in rural areas, but not necessarily knowledge of life in them. Both experienced and inexperienced participants will participate. At the same time, we will provide opportunities for young people without training or with difficulties finding a job and who show a desire to move to the rural world or develop their work there.
The "Rural with Life" exchange seeks to bring young people from Europe closer to the possibilities of life in rural areas in a realistic way, sharing experiences, designing projects, and learning about others already in operation.
The desired impact is twofold: to foster the daily lives of the residents of Ordelles in Pereiro de Aguiar, encouraging young people to embrace European values and serve as a mirror for others.
Furthermore, participants will experience firsthand, without intermediaries, the way of life in rural areas and will acquire the foundations for making a living from agricultural, livestock, and product processing activities, as well as learning about the culture and ethnography of different European festivals.
