This project was presented as a continuation of an existing and completed project, and on behalf of a new and expanded Consortium, comprised of a total of eleven educational centers, mostly public, nine of which offer Basic Vocational Training in Agrogardening and Floral Arrangements (or agricultural activities) and two offer vocational training in the agricultural professional field and similar interests. The latter two have joined the Consortium to gain experience and enhance the internationalization of their centers, thereby launching their own projects. These educational centers are located in the provinces of Córdoba, Jaén, and Málaga.
Various staff mobility projects have been carried out in various host organizations for this project, and in others not included, in order to improve their teaching and professional activities, an objective that has been achieved with outstanding success.
To provide these students with fewer options the opportunity to actively participate in the Erasmus+ program and, on the other hand, to improve the teaching and pedagogical skills of their teachers.
The improvement in the internationalization of each of the centers, with a greater presence at the European level, the reduction in the school dropout rate, the enhancement of the professional, social, and personal skills of students, improving their employability, self-esteem, and entrepreneurial attitude; and last but not least, the improvement in the teaching activity of their faculty.
These are the impacts sought in each of the centers and the Consortium as a whole, and which are believed to have been fully achieved, although some have been partially achieved or could be improved.
