The CERES project, developed within the framework of the ERASMUS+ program, will focus on two activities: student mobility for internships in French companies and mobility of trainee personnel. The EFA Galicia Federation, based at Puente de San Lázaro 11A-1ºD, 15703, Santiago de Compostela, province of A Coruña (Spain), is the organizing center and sending partner. The internships will take place in the Pays de la Loire and Midi-Pyrénées regions, with the participation, as equivalent host partners, of the MFRs of Jouviene-Villevallier-Bourgogne (France-Conté), the MFR Saint Michel Mont Mercure Vendée (Pays de la Loire), and Mirande Valentées LPA (Midi-Pyrénées).
Activity A1
- Mobility for internships in companies for 25 students (15 boys and 10 girls) - from the CFGM (General Training Course) in Agricultural Production (15 students), Baking, Confectionery and Pastry (7), and Commercial Activities (3). They are between the ages of 16 and 32 and already have some theoretical and practical knowledge. Most are from rural areas, which makes the mobility even more attractive and necessary. Although none of them have special needs, three teachers will be required to accompany them due to the high number of minors.
Activity A2
- Two teachers involved in student training and mobility will participate in this activity. Participants will spend three days studying the work methodologies at the host center and, at the same time, discovering the environment in which the center operates. The main objective is to acquire educational methodologies and best practices to later incorporate them into the center's curriculum.
Activity A1:
- Students are expected to achieve a high professional level in their sector. They will be able to research and adopt operating mechanisms applicable to their future careers. They will be able to start their own business or become employed in their sector. This will enhance their proficiency in a European language and their professional standing. The school is expected to strengthen its relationship with European institutions to incorporate methodologies into its educational program.
Activity A2:
- Staff mobility is expected to have a positive impact on the organization of the center and on future mobility activities. Furthermore, those involved in mobility are expected to acquire the skills and attitudes necessary to achieve the objectives set in current and future Erasmus+ projects, serving as a guide for training other teachers in this type of activity and increasing their participation in future projects.
POSSIBLE LONG-TERM BENEFITS
Activity A1:
- In the long term, it will help students form an idea of their future plans, comparing them with other models they've encountered during their internship. It will also serve as a reference for starting their career and as a possible source of inspiration for their own life plans.
Activity A2:
- In the long term, it will be useful for improving the training program at the sending and receiving center, while also providing a European dimension to teacher training.
