- Scope Europeo
- Main source of financing Fondo Social Europeo (FSE)
- Project website Web proyecto (Fundación Biodiversidad)
DESCRIPTION: The project aims to implement a training strategy for workers that anticipates the upcoming circular economy requirements posed by current national and European policies. The strategy will be implemented through training courses and the creation of a knowledge and experience exchange network, using the innovative peer-to-peer (P2P) learning methodology. At CE-FUTUR, the P2P methodology will be based on interaction between professionals from companies that share common challenges in terms of resource use, water and waste management, and energy efficiency.
The project's innovation lies in combining skills improvement courses with innovative initiatives: Talent Hub, Interaction Circles, Mentoring, Work Shadowing, Peer Review, and Study Visits, where professionals will apply theory to real-life cases, acting as problem solvers or solution recipients.
The project's objective is to improve workforce skills to meet EU2020 requirements: transition to the concept of the Circular Economy in the areas of efficient water and waste management, energy efficiency, and renewable energy, as a model for future career progression.
