Biodiversity Foundation Project: Training plan to promote the creation of green businesses in the agricultural sector

As experts in the sector, we understand that technological development is key to modernizing the industry toward a more sustainable, digitally innovative agri-food industry. That's why our main objective is to help entrepreneurs take the first step toward creating their business model. To this end, we present the following proposal with a structured work plan through which participants will gain knowledge in important areas to achieve this goal, connect with established entrepreneurs to share their knowledge and experience, and have the opportunity to receive personalized advice from experts in business development and promotion.
The training program will use e-learning as a methodology, combined with in-person courses and workshops. Throughout the program, participants will have the support of experts at all times, who will provide personalized answers to any questions or concerns they may have.
ADDRESSED TO
The training plan is aimed at entrepreneurs in the agri-food, forestry, and environmental sectors, and is expected to have a greater impact on women and young people in rural areas and/or those living in protected natural areas.
The training plan has 4 actions, which will be carried out in 3 autonomous communities with participants from different provinces of said communities (Andalusia, Castilla La Mancha and Murcia):
1. Training course for entrepreneurs in the agricultural sector.
2. Social Innovation Action: day of exchange of experiences in innovation and entrepreneurship
3. Personalized advice on financing options.
Provide financial, business management, marketing, innovation, and sustainability tools to entrepreneurs in the agri-food sector. The ultimate goal is to facilitate the development of their business models.
Upon completion of this program, participants will have knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of key business aspects that will facilitate the development of their ventures. They will also understand the importance of social and environmental aspects in the development of their business models. They will also have had contact with entrepreneurs from different countries, which will add value to their training, sharing their own experiences that will serve as a reference for participants.
