Biodiversity Foundation Project: SOCIAL JUNIPER

Description

The Enebro Social project aims to provide a comprehensive and innovative resource for entrepreneurs in Andalusia and Castilla-La Mancha who want to develop business models that promote and leverage the opportunities offered by ecosystem services and social agriculture.

Andalusia and Castilla-La Mancha are among the regions that generate the most green jobs, but they also have the highest poverty levels, especially among the most vulnerable social groups: young people, women, the elderly, and people with disabilities. Initiatives focused on providing employment for these groups will be prioritized.

The aim is for 20 entrepreneurs to participate, who will then generate new entrepreneurial initiatives with a positive impact, both socially and on the land. To this end, a Green Entrepreneurship Lab with in-person training is proposed, which includes:

1. Green and social impact.

2. Business model.

3. Marketing and commercialization.

4. Economic management and financing.

5. Learning from others.

6. The initiatives will present their project to territorial actors.

In addition, an 8-hour individual support program will be designed for each participant, as well as a group support program at the start (start-up acceleration day), the objective of which is to generate rapid acceleration of the projects.
