Description
To research and develop solutions to address the constant evolution of agricultural pests and diseases, adapted to different agronomic contexts and guaranteeing: Stability during storage. Durability and the ability to maintain biological activity under changing conditions.
Results
Development of two chromatographic methods for the fractionation of extracts obtained from aromatic herbs. Scale-up of the chromatographic methods (4 g - 120 g of stationary phase), maintaining separation efficiency. Partial inhibition of germination, germination rate (Vmax), and lag phase (Tlag) of Sonchus oleraceus (weed) by applying up to 18 active fractions. Identification of the compounds present in each active fraction by GC-FID and LC-HRMS (Q Exactive™-Orbitrap).
