Contextual description
The MERESTOV project, through an ambitious and multifaceted approach, will make an essential contribution to a more biodiverse, sustainable horticulture adapted to the challenge of climate change, providing valuable and inspiring scientific and technical information and plant material for other initiatives and researchers in the future.
Results
RC4 plants resistant to viruses, fungi and nematodes have been generated with high vigor and production, allowing the elimination of grafting and being ready for transfer to the agricultural sector, with plant varieties close to registration and demand for seeds from farmers.
