PalmerNet

Network that integrates 7 national research groups that work with Amaranthus palmeri and/or herbicide resistance , and others that can contribute new tools for its control.

The aim is to consolidate a national research line on A. palmeri that encompasses the work currently being carried out in Spain in an interdisciplinary manner by different teams, in order to capitalize on the achievements obtained so far and to guarantee its stability and its scientific and social impact.

The main objective of PalmerNET is to define and address the problem of the introduction and spread of A. palmeri in Spain and to seek solutions for its prevention and containment at a national level.
