RAIA - Rural Innovation Support Network

The RAIA project seeks to create a network in the Alentejo-Algarve-Andalusia region that will provide public administrations, associative fabric, companies and the general public with the necessary tools to promote agricultural innovation in rural areas , transforming the cross-border area of La Raya into a territory with new business opportunities and capable of meeting the new challenges and opportunities that arise.

Innovation is considered an engine of rural development that establishes competitive advantages, and is therefore one of the main characteristics of the future network.
