Description of activities
The project will consist of the following phases:
- Documentary phase.
- Experimental phase. I. Project management and coordination. II. Technological monitoring and analysis of the state of knowledge. III. Characterization of precursors and prototype formulation. IV. Processing and characterization of prototypes. V. Substrate life cycle analysis. VI. Field trials. VII. Entrepreneurship and the circular economy. VIII. Project dissemination plan and its results.

Objectives
The general objective of this project is the use of waste and by-products from the agricultural sector of citrus production for the manufacture of biochar for application in the citrus crops themselves, as a soil activator and as a fertilizer, in such a way that this biochar helps with the reuse of waste and the costs associated with it, the reduction of inputs necessary for production and in turn, favors the commercialization of production by being able to market it as "sustainable production" and, where appropriate, as organic.
