The Healthy Food AgroLab will be presented at the 1st Scientific Conference on Healthy Food

Next Monday, March 17, at the UVa Soria Campus, the 1st Healthy Food Conference will take place, a meeting that will host various presentations on this issue and will also host the presentation of AgroLab Healthy Food , an Associated Unit between the Soria Center for Food Quality (INIA-CSIC) and the University of Valladolid , which works in this field.

Among other topics, the event's agenda will address European and international funding opportunities in the food sector, associated units in the field of food technology, the presentation of the research lines of the INIA-CSIC Food Technology Department, functional foods, the development of new fortified foods, biomarkers and health status, and fertilizers from organic byproducts.
