Description
The main problem to be solved is the current waste of fruit and vegetable waste and by-products, which will be resolved by recovering them as raw materials for other food production processes.
Objectives
- Facilitate the industrial supply and consumption of high-value-added technological preparations from fruit and vegetable by-products and waste.
- Promote the development of the bioeconomy in the value chain.
