Objectives
The objective of this Task Force is to facilitate the industrial supply and consumption of high value-added technological preparations from by-products and waste from fruits and vegetables to promote the development of the bioeconomy in the value chain.
The main problem to be solved is the current waste of fruit and vegetable residues and by-products, and this will be solved by recovering them as raw material for other processes to obtain food.
