The 'Social Footprint' project of the Operative Group will allow any producer or marketer in the Region of Murcia, through an innovative cloud-based computer system, to connect directly with the end consumer and open a two-way channel that, on the one hand, offers valuable information to the consumer about the characteristics of the product, production system, traceability, etc., and on the other hand, allows the producer to obtain information about the tastes of consumers, which once processed and studied, will offer relevant data that will allow them to make better decisions about their productions.
