ENOCOOP Operational Group: Creation of innovation in Catalan agricultural cooperative wineries

The main objective of creating the ENOCOOP-GO group is to be the embryo of an Operational Group that ensures the success of future innovation projects led by the cooperatives of the wine branch of the Federation of Agricultural Cooperatives of Catalonia, considering as a main and very necessary objective, first of all, to grow the Operational Group in a sustainable and solid way, to know the capabilities of the members, and establish links with research centers, define the main challenges, know and interact with other European operational groups in the same activity, and finally to be able to define a pilot project to be executed in later phases.
