The Operational Group aims to revive traditional crops from Zaragoza's orchards that diversify production and add value.

The aim is to concentrate the supply of horticultural products through a marketing model that facilitates supply.

Objectives

Recovering some native vegetable varieties and promoting and improving their marketing are the main objectives of the newly formed Operational Group for the Development of Zaragoza's Vegetable Gardens through Sustainable Systems and Crop Recovery, which was presented this Friday in the Aragonese capital.
Another objective of the study is to find a distribution and marketing model for these products that will overcome the current dispersion and improve the supply and availability of Zaragoza's garden products for consumers, thereby satisfying the growing demand for more sustainable, healthier, and higher-quality horticultural products.
