Applications for new training grants for the agricultural and livestock sector in La Rioja can be made until May 19.

The Ministry of Agriculture of La Rioja has launched a call for applications for grants to organize courses and training sessions for the agricultural sector in 2025 , as part of the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027. This grant, worth €375,000 and co-financed with EAFRD funds, is intended for officially registered training entities, which can submit their applications until May 19.

The goal is to improve the sector's profitability and sustainability through specialized technical training. The grants, which can reach up to €60,000 per entity per year, cover in-person and online courses on subjects such as precision agriculture, animal health, fertilization, and animal welfare, among others. Applications must be submitted electronically through the platform established by the Government of La Rioja.
