VII Convention of Technicians of Agri-Food Cooperatives of Castilla-La Mancha
Description
On October 16 and 17, Cooperativas Agro-alimentarias Castilla-La Mancha is organizing the 7th Convention of Technicians of Agri-Food Cooperatives . This is a landmark meeting that will bring together industry professionals to strengthen their skills, share experiences, and analyze the future challenges of agri-food cooperatives.
The purpose of the appointment is:
- Develop technical skills in cooperative staff, especially in innovative aspects.
- Update regulatory knowledge , with special attention to the future CAP 2026 and the European strategic vision of the reform 2027-2034.
- Identify the needs and challenges of cooperative technical teams.
- Promote the exchange of experiences to find innovative and collaborative solutions.
It is aimed at technicians and administrative staff of cooperatives and agri-food companies associated with Cooperativas Agro-alimentarias Castilla-La Mancha.
Program
The program will be held over two days in morning and afternoon sessions:
Wednesday, October 16
- 09:30h – 10:00h : Official opening.
- 10:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m .: Presentation of 2025 production data, management and insurance developments (ENESA, vineyards, herbaceous crops, nuts, and olive groves).
- 4:00 PM – 5:40 PM : Strategic session on European agriculture 2027-2034 and regulations for the 2025-2026 agricultural campaign.
- 7:00 p.m .: Visit to the Tomelloso Caves.
- 9:30 p.m .: Dinner together.
Thursday, October 17
- 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m .: Panel on climate change adaptation in agriculture.
- 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m .: Plant nutrition in woody crops.
- 12:30 – 1:10 PM : Presentation of the RETOagua_CLM tool for developing fertilization plans.
- 1:10 p.m. – 1:30 p.m .: GO-Viña raíces Project Exhibition.
- 1:30 p.m .: Closing.
