Description
A day of knowledge exchange and training activities within the framework of the PEPAC 2023-2027, in which UAGR-COAG technical staff and experienced farmers participate. The day concludes with a visit to vineyards and olive groves with cover crops.
PROGRAM OF ACTIVITIES
- 9:00 – 9:30. Eco-regimes of crop rotation and no-till farming and Eco-regimes of plant cover and inert cover crops in woody crops. Technical staff of UAGR-COAG .
- 9:30 - 10:00. Conservation agriculture machinery. Direct seeding seeders. Maintenance of cover crops. Experienced professional farmer.
- 10:00 – 11:30. Visit to plots under direct seeding. Professional farmer with experience and technical staff from UAGR-COAG .
- 11:30 – 12:00. Lunch.
- 12:00 – 13:30. Visit to vineyards and olive groves with cover crops. Professional farmer with experience and technical staff from UAGR-COAG .
