Bodegas RODA organizes a demonstration day on key vineyard cultivation in Fonzaleche.

On June 4th , Bodegas RODA will hold a demonstration event on key-row vineyard cultivation , an innovative technique linked to regenerative agriculture and climate change adaptation. The event will take place at the former schools of Fonzaleche (La Rioja) and will bring together experts and professionals from the wine industry to learn more about this sustainable agricultural practice.
The event will begin at 10:15 a.m. with a reception for participants and a welcome coffee. Bodegas RODA will then present its project, followed by Manel Badia , a specialist in hydrological landscape design, who will explain Keyline Design , a methodology that optimizes water management and improves soil structure.
Later, Gonzalo Villalba , from the company Agrovidar , will address the role of agroecology and regenerative viticulture as tools to combat climate change, highlighting their practical application in the vineyard.
The day will conclude with a visit to the experimental vineyard where the key line is being applied and a snack for attendees.
A must-attend event for winegrowers, agricultural technicians, and those interested in the sustainability and regeneration of agricultural ecosystems.
