Asturforesta, the major international event for the forestry sector in real working conditions

With 13 editions held since its first call in 1997 , Asturforesta has established itself as one of the main meeting points for professionals in the forestry sector, wood and its associated industry , both nationally and internationally.

The fair constitutes a unique milestone in the Spanish trade fair scene thanks to its character as a "fair in real working conditions" , a distinctive feature that allows exhibitors and visitors to learn firsthand about the performance of forestry machinery, equipment and solutions directly on the ground.

Asturforesta is held in Monte Armayán , a 550-hectare forest of radiata pine and maritime pine , 45 hectares of which are specifically designated for the exhibition space. This natural setting makes the fair an ideal venue for dynamic demonstrations, real-world trials, and direct innovation transfer to the sector .

A unique fair in Spain with international reach

Asturforesta is the only Spanish forestry fair with an international character and is part, as a full member , of the Forestry Demo Fairs network, which brings together the main European forestry demonstration events.

In its latest edition, the fair has once again demonstrated its scale and relevance:
