9th Campus for Young Cooperativists of Castilla-La Mancha

• The generational shift is the most important challenge currently facing the agricultural sector and rural areas. Without young people, the sector has no future, and without young people, our villages have no hope. We need inquisitive, motivated, ambitious, entrepreneurial young people eager to learn and develop, who want to share this experience, which we will now present, with other young people.
  
• We all need to make sure that agriculture remains attractive to new generations; the countryside and the agri-food sector need to take advantage of the talent of young men and women linked to the sector.
  
• This meeting will focus on improving the motivation and qualifications of young or future cooperative members, working on attitudes and behaviors that improve their interpersonal relationships, helping them to be "their best version".
  
• Tools for applying AI in the cybersecurity sector and entrepreneurship will also be presented.

• To dignify the profession of farmer, highlighting the benefits of agriculture as a future profession.
  
• To enhance and highlight cooperative pride by being part of a model of sustainable business management par excellence.
  
• To highlight the need to actively participate in the functioning of cooperatives and in all those forums where young people in the sector need to be represented.
